UGANDA MUSEUM: Founded in 1908, the Uganda Museum is the oldest museum in East Africa. It houses rich ethnographic and natural history collections, including exhibits on traditional music, culture, archaeology, and science.
MAKERERE UNIVERSITY: Established in 1922, Makerere University is one of Africa’s oldest and most prestigious universities. Originally a technical school, it later became the University of East Africa and remains a major center of academic excellence.
