Detailed Itinerary:

  • 06:00 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. Begin your safari with an early morning drive through Uganda’s countryside, passing the towns of Mpambire, Kayabwe, and Masaka.
  • Mid-Morning – Arrive at Lake Mburo National Park: Enter the park via Nshara Gate and begin your wilderness experience.
Game Drive in Lake Mburo National Park

Enjoy a 3-hour guided game drive through the park’s savannah and acacia woodland habitats. Wildlife commonly spotted includes;
Zebras, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Impalas, Topis, Warthogs, Elands, Reedbucks, Occasionally leopards (with luck) etc.

Lunch at Rwakobo Lodge: After the game drive, enjoy lunch at Rwakobo Rock Lodge, offering panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness.

EQUATOR STOP: On the return journey, stop at the Uganda Equator for photographs, souvenir shopping, and the famous polar water experiment.

EVENING: Drive back to Kampala or Entebbe
